


Dimitrios is a serial entrepreneur and ecosystem builder, specializing in AI, venture building and early-stage company creation. He is the Founder & CEO of MentalityX and Co-CEO of Pillar Delta AI. Pillar Delta builds state-of-the-art AI products, while integrating AI into existing business operations and workflows. With deep expertise in product ideation, startup incubation and innovation culture, he has helped build and scale multiple ventures.
Prior to launching MentalityX, Dimitrios was Managing Partner at Katsouris & Katsouris Boutique Law, as a startup and VC attorney. He co-founded & Chaired the Hellenic Alternative Finance Association (HAFA) and served as Vice-Chairman of one of Athens’ largest startup incubators.



Engineer by degree, Financial Services expert by profession, Innovation enthusiast by nature, Maria Leontiou heads GenAI CoE & Innovation at Eurobank, a strategic unit shaping the Bank’s future relevance. Within her role in the Generative AI Center of Excellence, she drives responsible and impactful GenAI adoption across the organization. With over 24 years in banking and fintech, she brings a unique blend of business insight, innovation leadership, and a passion for transformation. A strong advocate for inclusion and community, Maria actively mentors startups and champions women in tech. Her love for all things new—sparked during her TEDxAthens journey—continues to fuel her commitment to innovation and meaningful change.

Valia Kalaitzi is the Managing Director of Page Ltd, a consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions in the field of human resources across various European countries, including AI-based solutions. She has extensive experience in implementing innovative yet practical approaches, collaborating with European universities and research centers, as well as working with both the private and public sectors on the development of policies and practices for institutional change, training programs, and more.












Evi Boukourou Georgouda has over 20 years of experience in the digital business landscape, having played a significant role since the very early stages of digital transformation in Greece.
With an academic background in marketing and communications, she has built valuable experience across a wide range of business sectors, dedicating a substantial part of her career to the growth and innovation of the digital industry. Having worked in various roles within digital agencies, she developed a strong ability to translate commercial needs into technological solutions and digital marketing strategies, always with the goal of driving growth and long-term success for the clients of the organizations she collaborates with.
Today, she serves as CEO of Generation Y, one of the leading digital marketing and technology implementation companies in Greece and Southeast Europe. In parallel, she is an active speaker at events focused on the digital ecosystem and entrepreneurship, the Diversity & Inclusion representative of Generation Y, and a mentor to women professionals, aiming to empower them and support the further development of their skills.
She is often described as “Resourceful by DNA,” as she consistently turns challenges into opportunities and firmly believes that anything can be achieved through collaboration. This mindset is what drives her to continuously create, inspire, and actively contribute to the development of professional teams and leaders.
She is married to Argyris Georgouda and is the mother of a son.







Panos is a Manager at KPMG Greece, specializing in Innovation Advisory and Research & Development “R&D” Tax Relief, having worked on R&D Tax Relief engagements with companies in the UK & Greece, which have claimed tax relief on R&D projects associated with the development of AI Algorithms and the implementation of AI solutions.
Panos has completed tertiary studies in Mechanical Engineering and Finance in Greece, the US and the UK, coupled with professional certifications in Leadership, Project Management, Negotiations Mastery & ESG Transformation.

Petros Fragkiskos is Partner at Drakopoulos. He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a M.St. from the University of Oxford, Faculty of Law and an LL.M. from Harvard Law. Petros advises on complex transactions across a wide range of sectors, including M&A Tech, real estate, strategic property investments, construction and development, energy, and emerging technologies. He provides comprehensive legal support throughout the full lifecycle of sophisticated investments – from initial structuring and negotiation to implementation, operations, and exit. He also specializes in the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, helping companies navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and adopt new technologies responsibly and strategically. Petros is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms, representing over 185 of Greece’s leading firms, and served as Vice President for three years. He also represents Greece as a Council member of the International Bar Association’s European Regional Forum.
